Barbecued Pork Rice Recipe

Suddenly want to eat the Barbecued Pork Rice that I used to eat after school when I was a child, and I want to recreate the imaginary taste by myself, but I don’t know where to start?

Plum meat300
Light soy sauce15 ( 1 tbsp )
Dark soy sauce8 ( 1⁄2 tbsp )
Oyster sauce15 ( 1 tbsp )
White wine8 ( 1⁄2 tbsp )
Barbecued pork sauce45 ( 3 tbsps )
Honey15 ( 1 tbsp )
Minced ginger and garlicA few
Green onionsA few

First …

  1. Prepare 500g of Pork belly and 300g of Plum meat in a bowl.

For the Marinated sauce …

2. 1 spoon of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, half a spoon of white wine, 3 spoons of barbecued pork sauce, 1 spoon of honey and minced ginger and garlic.

3. Use hands to mix the marinated sauce and meat evenly.

4. Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for more than 5 hours.

After 5 hours …

5. Spread green onions on the bottom of the rice pot.

6. Add the marinated meat.

7. Pour the remaining marinated meat sauce in the bowl.

8. Select the stew button, if it is just an ordinary rice pot, just press the cooking button. [ 50 minutes ]

9. Turn the meat halfway through the stew.

10. Slice the barbecued pork.

11. Cover the sliced barbecued pork on the rice.
