- Debone 3 chicken thighs.

4. 1 spoon of minced garlic, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of black pepper, 1 spoon of chili powder, 1 spoon of sugar and 2 spoons of Korean hot sauce.

5. Mix these seasonings with the chicken by hand. Marinate for 20 minutes.
