Honey Banana Toast with Butter & Honey is the perfect on-the-go breakfast. It is also flavorful and delicious enough to serve at a group brunch. The ingredients we need are banana, egg yolk, butter, honey, wheat bread.

Honey Banana Toast Ingredients

STEPS:

1. Cut the banana into approximately 18 thin slices.

2. Add an egg yolk into a small bowl. After that, add 10g of milk into it then mix it gently.

3. Take 2 slice of wheat bread on a plate.

4. Brush a layer of egg yolk mix on the bread

5. Top each slice of toast with 9 slices of the banana.

6. Brush a layer of melted butter on the banana

7. Bake them 190°C 15 minutes

8. The toast is out~

9. Sprinkle some coconut flakes on it.

10. Then, drizzle with honey. Honey Banana Toast is done!!

IMPORTANTS!!

Toast bread, then immediately place on a cooling rack. (Note: If you put the toast straight on a plate, the bottom will steam and it will become soggy).
