Korean Chicken Cheese Ramen Recipe

I’m tired when I get home from work and I don’t want to fry a few small dishes for dinner. What should I do? Try this Korean chicken and cheese ramen!

The ingredients only need chicken, kimchi, some tteokbokki, cheese and a pack of instant noodles. It’s convenient and delicious!

  1. Debone 3 chicken thighs.

2. Cut the chicken into pieces.

3. After that, let’s adjust the soul sauce of this Korean-style chicken cheese ramen.

4. 1 spoon of minced garlic, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of black pepper, 1 spoon of chili powder, 1 spoon of sugar and 2 spoons of Korean hot sauce.

5. Mix these seasonings with the chicken by hand. Marinate for 20 minutes.

6. Heat some oil in the pot.

7. Put the marinated chicken in the hot pot.

8. Stir fry for 3-5 minutes.

9. Add sliced onions and kimchi.

10. Stir fry evenly.

11. Add half a bowl of water.

12. Add the instant noodles and shredded Mozzarella cheese.
